I have always felt because I don't have to pay for treatment due to being unemployed, discriminated against and humiliated. Also never received any follow up dental check ups after a while or reminders. Got accused of being extremely aggressive because I dared to complain about not being seen on time as I had an appointment and I had to wait nearly 1 hour! I think it would of been different if I had turned up nearly 1 hour late I dare say! I haven't had any dental check up appointments in many years so I am just a number to them and the fact that I don't/can't have to pay for treatment feels as if I don't matter. No way would I recommend this dentist especially if your unemployed! I am a human being not something you have stepped on with your shoe!
