I had 6 teeth extracted over two sessions last September. (Part one of my treatment plan) and was provided with a (temporary) set of partial dentures and an appointment for an impression to be taken the following March, in order to make some properly fitting permanent dentures. That ppointment was cancelled because the dentist left to go into private practice, leaving me with he whole experience has been a nightmare! I could not eat with because they were so loose, and even have trouble talking with clearly. In the meantime my gums are still in constant pain from rubbing and cutting by these (temporary) dentures. Receptionists cannot help because most of their dentists, apparently, have left the practice. The whole experience has been a nightmare! | |||||||

I needed an urgent appointment to treat a cracked tooth and I was pleasantly surprised when the friendly receptionist said I could be seen later that day. I was seen promptly on arrival to the practice which was a relief as I was in a lot of pain.
The dentist I saw, was kind, understanding and gentle. I had an x-ray followed by a deep root filling which appears to have solved my problem.
They did tell me that I might have to have the tooth removed as the crack was quite extensive, but so far so good.
I cannot fault the professional, friendly service that I received.
