Excellent service by the reception staff, dentist and nurses at this practice. Always made welcome and treatment explained at each step.

I was on holiday in Bridlington and developed an incredibly painful tooth. I am really nervous about visiting dentists and the pain meant I had to seek one out. I phoned my dentist as that is the surgery I go to in Lancaster. I explained the problem and the receptionist said I could see someone later that day. She talked me through how to find the surgery and was very friendly. I arrived at the surgery at the allocated time and was seen straight away. The dentist was lovely. She talked everything through as she tried to establish what was wrong. She treated the problem and I am now pain free and enjoying the holiday again. Thank you all.

Saw a new dentist which I was anxious about but he was excellent. Listened to my concerns and offered a range of solutions to my problem. No pressure at all to decide on an option. Felt very reassured by his approach and manner. Thank you.
