Every time I visit here there are different staff. Bad enough getting my son here.but had to wait 45 minutes for our appointment. No apology or explanation given. Again a different dentist to the one we saw last time and a different assistant. Both were unwelcoming and unfriendly.. No reassurance.my son sat in the chair, was told that his teeth weren't brushed right and fluoride put in. The dentist didn't tell my son or me what she was doing. Then after this 2 minutes "treatment" we were told to come back in 4 months. My son threw up when we got outside. Needless to say its put him off going now. I'm glad he's under 16 so i didn't have to pay. But there is no way i would have paid anyway. Appalling service, no continuity of care because you never see the same dentist twice. Will be looking elsewhere. Will probably now have to travel out of my hometown to a different area for dental treatment.
