Considerate and courteous receptionists, deft and careful dentists. Not much more one can ask from a dental practice?

I registered with Charlotte street dentist as the website appealed to me. I am extremely nervous and have not been to the dentist for a few years due to my fear of needles and the smell, not being talked through what’s happening and feeling rushed. However I could not have asked for a better treatment and service on my boat. I began with a check-up just to see what was needed as I had been told previously by a different dental checkup I would need some fillings replaced on my front teeth. I was nervous just for a simple check up but I cannot thank the dentist and dental nurse enough. As soon as I walked in I eeevieved a very warm welcome and made to feel completely at ease with not an ounce of feeling rushed in any way. The dentist knew I was nervous however he assured me he would talk me through step by step I can hold the mirror myself to see exactly what he’ was doing and I could stop at any time to walk around the room, have a drink etc. Turns out I just needed a little polish and clean and a cap filling in one tooth which required no needles whatsoever. After 5 minutes I felt much more confident and didn’t know what my worry was. Highly highly recommend Charlotte street dental practice for any treatment and I now feel no worries to return for my 6 month checkup. A little understanding goes along way and I could have gone years ago had I known the experience I was to receive. Happy patient ??

I rang 111 for an emergency dentist and I was seen that day. The dentist was lovely and suggested I had other work done ie dentures ( I had 2 front side teeth missing) fillings and a clean. This was done within a two week period which I was very surprised at. The dentist was lovely, so was his assistant and the receptionist who rang to remind me of the appointment the day before, very useful. This was all done free as I have Pension Credit. I will be now going back to him on a regular basis, I am not a lover of dentists but he made me feel ill at ease telling me what he was doing all the time. THANK YOU
