I am a very nervous patient due to a previous bad experience. All staff treated me with understanding and did not at any point make me feel like I was making a fuss (previously this has been the case). The dentist was excellent at picking up body language and would pause treatment and start idle chit chat until I had calmed a little. I was made to feel like I was in Control . This made my second visit to continue treatment less stressful (and therefore quicker). I feel that I trust this dentist and therefore feel able to undergo treatment with confidence that as the patient my needs are the priority. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone but especially those who are anxious about dental treatment.

I'd like to extend my thanks to the Dentist that has treated me yesterday and today. As I explained to her yesterday (and she'd seen it on my records anyway), I have a seemingly very acute gag reflex which made doing any inspection, investigation or dental work in my mouth very difficult. The Dentist was by far the most patient, caring and careful I have ever had by a very long way, and I cannot thank her enough for the excellent manner in which she treated my problems.
