I thoroughly recommend my very professional and considerate dentist and her team. The concluding treatment turned out to be longer than anticipated but I was given every courtesy from all involved. Thrilled with the results and can’t stop smiling! Thank you.

Very disappointed in Valley Dental Care High Wycombe today 19/12/18 I booked an appointment over the phone when I was at work and put it straight in my diary to fit in with my shifts. I got an appointment to get in just before Christmas because part of my recent treatment I had done in late November on my front tooth had broken off again. I left Aylesbury an hour before to get through the early morning traffic so i wouldnt be late. I get there and the receptionist said you dont have an appointment today, it was yesterday ! Ermmmm I don't think so because I double checked when I made the appointment. So not only a waste of my time fuel and booking the day off work, I'm well peed off. I would like to say I had a call from the dentist last week and was at work so I couldn't get to my mobile, no voicemail was left so I assume it was just a miss dialled number or an error. Apparently there is a Dentist off today sick, I wonder if it was my Dentist !!
