So glad I came here today after a bad experience with another place. Although I am phobic and have the teeth to tell the story, Mr Shah was amazing,no judgement, no pressure to have private treatment, just the best advice given with care and compassion. I am now going back for treatment and have no worries about it as I know it will be done with care. Practice clean as a whistle. Covid measures still in place. All staff friendly. Thoroughly recommend based on today's experience

I have been visiting Citident for the past 4 years They have always shown great care for me whilst pregnant and suffering with my gums! I feel my son is well cared for (dentist here has been checking my first sons teeth since the first ones came through!) and my second son is being registered presently. I have no hesitations recommending this practice.

I hadn't been to a dentist for 20yrs and decided at the age of 46 that i should get my teeth sorted out. My dentist was absolutely amazing. I had two teeth out and two fillings as well as a major clean up with the hygienist. I've never had injections that i haven't felt going in which is one of the reasons i had put off going. My dentist talked me through everything and there was no painful chair grabbing experience at all. She was very caring and has sorted my teeth out. For once in my life i will be going every six months for a check up without any worries at all. Its never a nice experience having work done but they made me feel so at ease. We had quite a laugh as well in between the obvious bits and the assistant was chatty too which was nice. I cannot recommend Citident enough, everyone was lovely. It was all done on NHS and my last visit which was one tooth out and two fillings cost nothing as it was all included with the first tooth i had out for £62.10. I said to the receptionist that this must be wrong but apparently its all under the initial plan of treatment. I once paid £380 to have a tooth out on emergency private care, but apart from being able to watch t.v on the ceiling that i really wasn't bothered about for obvious reasons the service and care Citident gave me was above and beyond anything i expected. Cant say enough about them really... Superb..... A huge thank you from the guy that owns the cafe....
