I have been nervous about going to dentists for several years and always found it a bad experience. However, since coming to Bath Street this is no longer the case! The team here are very lovely and caring, making you feel very relaxed and telling you exactly what they're doing all the time. They are great at explaining different aspects of the checkups and treatments rather than just rushing you through. I feel a lot more confident about going to the dentist now and equally a lot more informed about how to care for my mouth. I would 100% recommend them with no hesitation.

My dentist recommended that I have root canal treatment and I was very worried about this. My dentist talked to me about it, discussed available options and helped reduce my anxiety. The day of my first treatment came and I was so impressed with how the dentist treated me as an individual and the reassurance provided. They were so gentle and I had no discomfort after the anaesthetic had worn off. At the end of the first appointment I was told that the second appointment would feel very similar to the first. Once again I had no discomfort after the anaesthetic had worn off. I found it very hard to believe how well I had been treated and the level of care that I received. Even the receptionists gave me the opportunity to wait in the reception area after my treatment but I decided that this was not needed. I would thoroughly recommend this dental practice.

I am very satisfied with the treatment I have had. I had to attend as an emergency and was seen within the day The secretaries on the desk are very helpful The stairs to the top are somewhat daunting - but good exercise! The treatment is very good. The dentist takes painstaking care to explain what is happening and what the treatment will be Going to the dentist is always somewhat stressful but I left feeling reassured and with understanding of what is wrong and what the dentist will do to rectify it. Thank you
