I am not actually register with this practice was was referred here for the awkward extraction of a back tooth in my upper jaw. At the initial assessment everything that was to be done was explained to me first and they listened to any questions I had and gave full explanations. On the day of the surgery I was made very comfortable from the start and made aware of when I might feel pain and the stages to be done. The injections did sting, as expected, but the actual extraction took less than a minute and was totally painless with just a few 'clicks' to hear. I was given a sheet thoroughly explaining how I should look after my mouth for the following few days with a warning that I may get some swelling and also some pain when the injections wore off, both of which I was expecting. That night I slept well but the next day I was amazed to be back to normal, being able to eat breakfast, but having experienced no swelling and absolutely no pain whatsoever. I am very impressed!
