I can recommend the Dentist and Nurse for a very high standard of treatment I received during my time at this practice. --- Unfortunately when I phoned this practice for an emergency appointment I was informed that I had been removed from the practice patient list because I hadn't had a check up for 18 months. I did explain that over the previous period of 18 months I had been in poor health and had been in hospital on 5 occasions. Regardless of any reasoning I was told that removal was the ruling. -- I had to contact the NHS for emergency treatment who directed me to an emergency dentist in Dover. -- A couple of days later I contacted the practice reception to ask whether my case could be reviewed. I was told that I couldn't speak to the practice manager, but was advised to write instead setting out my case in a letter. I wrote a letter explaining the facts and delivered it by hand the same day. I received no response whatever from the practice manager. What a shame that the front of house team are not 'people persons'.
