When I first visited this dentist I had a clean up, I went to pay and I was told it was £90 I said I was nhs and was then told they do not do cleaning on the nhs anymore, they could have mentioned this beforehand .every time I had an appointment after that they kept on pushing paper work at me to sign, to make me go private, I kept on saying that I could not afford to, but it did not deter them. The final straw was one day this week I rang for an appointment because I have an abscess, to be told I was no longer on their books because I had not been for 2 years, the reason I had not been for 2 years was because I have been looking after my teeth and I did not need to go, I asked why wasn't I notified before hand, only to be told "why would we do that". but the best bit was when the lady said" if you become private I can put you straight back on our books and get you an appointment straight away. stay clear. p.s you only have to see that they do not reply to critics on this page to understand that they have no respect for their clients.
