After knocking a front tooth clean out at a funeral I called 111 for an emergency dental appointment and was offered an appointment within 3hours. In a completely traumatised state I was met by the kindest Dentist and Nurse who went above and beyond the call of duty to make me a temporary tooth so that I could an attend an important work meeting on the Monday morning. Clearly this was a big challenge to complete in a 20min slot but they worked so hard to achieve this whilst I cried with relief the whole time. Not only did this Dentist and Nurse team show empathy, compassion and clear dedication for their jobs, the temporary tooth was an EXACT match to my original tooth. When I saw my own dentist later in the week he was astounded at the quality of their work in the time they had available, proclaiming it was the 'best temporary work he had ever seen'. I cannot communicate my thanks enough to these amazing people and just only wish I could name them here. THANK YOU RIVERSIDE!
