Very disappointed every time I come to the dentist I am not greeted nicely by the receptionists and often ignored for a little while before they even look at me. The waiting room is badly designed and receptionists shout customers details whilst on the phone which is a little inappropriate and disrespectful to the customer that the information is about as it may be a private matter. Two times in a row I have got the the dentist for my 9:00am appointment, dentist has not walked in until 9:05am and then have not got in until at least 09:20-09:25. This makes me think maybe appointments should not be made until after 9:30 to allow the dentist to prepare for their appointments, no wonder they fall behind as I should have been their first appointment and they were already behind. Dentists are lovely here however very shocking reception service and time keeping.
