My son was quite anxious about seeing a new dentist. The girls on the front desk were so welcoming and smilie! Within 2 minutes of meeting the dentist my son was happily chatting away to her. Thank you.

I've taken my two kids to Shifnal Dental Practice since they were babies (now 6 and 8). Always able to get an appointment at a date/time to suit me and the reception staff are really friendly and professional. The dentist is great, she puts the kids at ease, explains what she's doing, talks to them in the right tone and makes them feel comfortable, never forgetting the all important sticker at the end!
