I came 5 years ago as an emergency because my filling fell out the dentist took it and and did such a bad job she bruised my face and it didn't stop bleeding for 12 hours. Come today because the same thing has happened and it's the same dentist. I find her extremely rude and arrogant I've had to really ask (like getting blood out of a stone) to get the information I need about what I can do for my tooth, she then told me I was late and that it's not her fault I'm going to be late for further appointments. I was there at my alloted time I told the receptionist I was nipping the loo and wouldn't be long. I heard the receptionist tell the dentist she'll be forever just take the next person - so I have to wait longer 35 minutes later I got seen for the dentist to be rude and unhelpful
