Such a clean and welcoming practice, from the moment you walk in the reception staff are so welcoming and friendly and are happy to help with anything. All staff are so pleasant and will happily sit down and explain all treatment to you making sure you understand all of your treatment throughout the process. Receiving orthodontic treatment here has been made so easy and I never have any worries as the staff are very reassuring. Would highly recommend anyone to have treatment here as you get the best results but also the best treatment along the way.

My two children and I have been coming to this orthodontist for about 6-8 years now. I cannot emphasise enough how good they are at making you feel at ease. Reception have always been polite happy and quick to direct you to the right room and the professional service from the orthodontists themselves and their assistants, have been upbeat, reassuring and explanatory of everything they do before they do it, to make you feel in control and knowledgeable of your own treatment and realistic about outcomes, results and timing for such results. My family and friends won’t use any one else. I’ve recommended for years. And reviewed on Facebook I think years ago. I’d just like to thank the staff. And did I mention the hygiene of the place and the presentation of the staff is first class. It is like snag I’d expect of a private establishment. Perfecf example of NHS services being one of the best in the world. And certainly in the UK you should be proud. See you soon for the next treatments. The staff at Stoke Ortho are a strong team. The service received from the initial telephone call was to the treatment was professional, sleek and friendly. Thank you to them for everything they have done.
