I have had 3 appointments at the practice, the first 2 appointments I was made to feel at ease and had everything explained to me. My 3rd appointment was for a filling, scale and polish. The lady that performed the filling, scale and polish was lovely but spoke very quietly, because she was wearing a mask it was difficult to hear what she was saying. The other lady was quite abrupt, going to the dentist isn't a nice experience for anybody, we all need some compassion when we're sitting in a chair in that environment. One issue I would like to warn others, I didn't check the paperwork before I paid. It stated the filling and also a 20 minute hygienist visit. I stupidly thought I would see the hygienist to provide a full scale and polish. My whole appointment lasted about 30 minutes, this included doing my filling. I was told I'd need to make another appointment to finish my scale and polish. This may be the norm but I haven't experienced this at other practices, I think it should be pointed out when you pay your bill. It just feels like a money making scam. I've paid £200 and my teeth don't feel any cleaner

This practice is more than 5star.went to to see the dentist to have all my teeth out and new dentures fitted,5 .5. .2023. I was made to feel extremely relaxed ,all the staff are amazing .I have not been to a dentist in 40 years.i suppose through thetrauma I have faced with other dentists, I can honestly say I never felt any pain whatsoever when my teeth were being extracted.my dentures were fitted the same day, I'm amazed at how good they look and so are my family and friends , I feel that all the staff at this surgery go out of their way to help all their clients ,I would recommend this surgery to anyone especially if they fear a little vulnerable and nervous excellent place

Just want to say thank you to the wonderful staff at the practice, they helped me book an appointment for my partner who wanted to join and were very friendly. Also, I've been coming to the practice for many years and highly recommend it, always feel like everyone makes a special effort to help!
