I joined the practice as an NHS patient in September 2018, with one particular dentist, and after having root canal treatment and a crown with him I have been extremely impressed with his expertise and professionalism. He treated me with the utmost respect and kept me informed throughout my treatment, which took away any concerns I may have had. | |||||||

I always had most professional treatment where I was well informed about the current and next stages of the procedures. I was seen punctually for appointments and all staff were most polite and professional. The results were excellent. | |||||||

I was seen by a dentist 6-monthly for years, and became increasingly concerned about the decrease in treatment at each regular appointment. I was an NHS patient and from the sales pitch I got the impression I needed more work done but he'd only do it if I paid for private care. He was right - when I moved to another dentist I needed 2 fillings and had receding gums which obviously were long-standing issues that didn't just happen in the last 6 months. Never again.
