So I had 3 appointments cancelled by this dentist with no real reasons given and also no apologies given by the rude receptionist all in the space of 5 months. When we were EVENTUALLY seen The receptionist was extremely rude not very friendly or welcoming and Was VERY judgmental towards me in regards to my son getting bored and messing with things in the waiting area. We waited 30 minutes for our appointment so trying to keep a 4 year old 1 year old and 7 year old busy in that time was very stressful and did not help that the receptionist repeatedly told me to tell my son not to touch things! Would help if there was a toy area to keep young children occupied if the stuck up receptionist didn’t want my son messing with things, especially when the dentist is running late with appointments. When being seen by the dentist £22.50 worth of treatments consisted of looking at my teeth with a mirror and counting them that’s it! When I know full well I was desperate for a clean!!!! Therefore I will never revisit this dentist again and shall be telling everyone not to visit there either! Recently joined a different dentist in the same town, receptionists friendly and approachable, waited 5 minutes to be seen, children’s toy area in waiting room WHAT A DIFFERENCE !!! Oh and for my £22.50 I got x rays on my teeth a polish and lots of friendly advice! Perhaps you should take note! Snobby rude and waste of money and time! Happy and smiley experience it was not!!!!
