I needed to have an extraction on a molar, and through no fault of their own having exhausted the amount of Lidocaine I was allowed to be given I was still in pain during, the extraction, the dentist is is the kindest most empathetic dentist you could ask for needed to enlist help, fortunately help was at hand and another dentist was enlisted for assistance, I insisted that they carry on despite the pain and to their credit, they took aboard my opinion despite their reservations. They both made an otherwise awful experience very positive due to their empathy, kindness and good bedside manner, I enjoyed chatting to them throughout what was a much longer than expected procedure, and I could not recommend this practice highly enough, the nurses and reception staff were similarly friendly and kind. I left quite shaken and forgot to pay and after ringing them was able to pay over the phone. Excellent service from a practice staffed with nothing but lovely people.

Would highly recommend this dental practice. I'm relatively nervous about the dentist after a previous bad experience at another dental surgery. They were very patient and allowed me to book my treatment over two appts so I would feel more at ease. Would recommend the Mrs Wilson who is a credit to the practice.

I have been a patient with this clinic for years, and I am always amazed at the quality of care that I have received; from the reception staff right through to the dentists themselves. They have always been professional and welcoming, and my dentist is warm and friendly, has a great sense of humour, and more importantly, has given me skilled and excellent dental care over this past decade. If you are looking for a dentist in Stockton-on-Tees I couldn't recommend this clinic more highly.
