My treatment has been very professional and useful. I started in early 2017 and was discharged today, on the 18th July 2019. Before getting my braces I had to have a few extractions as some of my teeth were crowding up room for other teeth. The extractions went well and although it was painful they were carried out by staff professionally and cheerfully. Then I started my brace on February 18th, which was hard to adapt to, but staff helped me if I had any questions and gave me good advice about how to keep them in good condition. This involved brushing in between wires, eating less sticky foods and drinking less sugary drinks. I used special types of toothbrush heads and these were supplied by Herts Orthodontics. In July 2018 my braves were removed.

My daughter has been attending a series of appts for a new brace. She's a very nervous patient and they have been brilliant with her. Kind, respectful and supportive. Couldn't wish for more. The orthodontist she sees has been consistently excellent, making it as pain-free and comfortable experience as possible. Lots of moral support. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

I have had the best experience here over the last 2 years whilst having a brace fitted. very kind and caring dentists who take customer experience very seriously and go at a pace you are comfortable with. Very rarely had delays but when they do they make sure you are informed approximately how long you will have to wait. The whole team are amazing and i recommend having treatment here. Booking appointments is very easy and accommodating to each personal situation and the day before your appointment you get a text to confirm it in case you had forgotten. Such a great experience compared to stories i have heard from friends who have had treatment elsewhere!
