I've used this dentist for a number of years, the most recent experiences have prompted me to move. I have no issue with the dental treatment I have received, however the reception staff seem to fail to realise they are in a service industry. Appointments for either dentist or hygienist are always numerous weeks in advance and I dont recall ever being seen on any visit within 20 minutes of my appointment time. In the last 4 visits, I have had two cancellations. One for a flood and one for a power failure, which could just be bad luck but which combine with the poor time management to give the impression of a poorly managed service. I have decided to move to another dentist Lee.
