The dental staff are great but the admin staff leave a lot to be desired. Quite abrupt & not very customer service oriented. You have to pay a deposit to secure your next appointment, which I’m ok with but during lockdown they expected to keep the deposits despite appointments being cancelled & them not being able to commit to appointments for months at a time. When I requested mine be returned I was told I could have it but I would be removed from the appointment list !! This surgery is fine as long as you are ok with not being treated as a paying customer.
