I have found all the staff at this Practice extremely courteous and polite. The girls on reception are really friendly and cheerful. My particular dentist is lovely. She has helped me immensely and reassured me when necessary. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Pinfold for looking after me. Found staff rude and non sufficient made a phone call and a few times whilst at the practise and found nothing was logged about my requests and when I phoned to tell them i couldn't make an appointment they never logged it down so I had to wait 12months for another appointment very disgraced with this dentist also my dentist was not friendly looked down on me and had a face on her uncomfortable!!!!!!! Our complaints manager has investigated these incidents and whilst we obviously would not comment on individual cases due to patient confidentiality; we can however refer you to our 'Fail to Attend' Policy which states that "If a patient fails to attend 2 appointments (without notice) within a 12 month period, that patient's name will be removed from the practice list and no further appointments will be offered". We note your comments about the dentist, but are struggling to understand them - as in their most recent patient survey, your particular dentist received the maximum possible satisfaction score from their patients. | |||||||

Really pleased so far ?? best dental appointment I’ve ever been too I didn’t even really realise I was havin injections and for a needle phobe that’s unbelievable so thank you so much, can’t wait for the end result .
