It is with regret that I feel the need to write this review as I have been with this practice for many years but over the past year or so I have found it increasingly difficult to get an appointment. I was told in January that my dentist had left the practice and that my name had been put on a list and they would contact me when a new dentist starts...3 months later and I had heard nothing. I called the practice to be told I was still on this list. Due to my persistence they booked me an appointment with a months wait only for this appointment to be cancelled on the day as the dentist was sick. I was told I would be put back on the list as they still don't have a new dentist.
Having waited 5 months with no phone call I have been forced to go elsewhere! As a family We have been coming to the practice for a few years and today I bought my 5 year old daughter along to the practice to have two fillings I had been dreading this day thinking it would be awful..but the dentist and all the staff were lovely..On arrival we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist, we were not kept waiting and almost went straight in to the appointment. The dentist and nurse explained the procedure to my daughter and took their time making the appointment enjoyable and fun for her. My daughter had her fillings done and left with a sticker and smile. As a family we cannot recommend this practice enough. | |||||||

I was very pleased. The staff are polite and the dentist was very good at explaining my options ref treatment needed. I can honestly say this is the best Dental surgery.
