I came in ready for sedation from another dentist. the receptionist was very rude talked down to me. then proceeded to say I had to pay £59.10 when mydentist had already told me this wasn't the case and printed me my receipts to show and explain to them. I called to explain this and again the same receptionist was rude laughing telling me I was wrong and so was my dentist and this is a regular thing they do and can't wait to have a lovely chat with my dentist surgery. laughing telling me that my dentist are trying to get more money. which my dentist has offered me a full refund and will claim it back which again the receptionist laughed and stated good luck with them getting it I can't wait for the chat. she really needs to learn customer service as after my treatment is over I will not be coming back I'm discusted with th3 level of service I receive! mydentist st Andrew square has been amazing and help me lots. geniex on the other hand have been horrendance!
