today I took my 96 year old mother to The Maltings for quite a long appointment.. I was dreading it as mum is virtually blind and struggles to comprehend things but I had no need to worry. The staff were amazing, I took mum in and sat her down, discussed medication etc then left the dentist to proceed. It was nearly an hour later when I was called through to be told everything that had been done. The patience of the dentist and her nurse went beyond what I expected. They couldn’t have been kinder to my mum. My thanks to both concerned.

Contacted the practice for an appointment regarding a nagging tooth ache , was given an appointment that day. Recieved excellent treatment , tooth sorted out painlessly, follow up telephone call the next day to check on how I was . Very impressed with service & after care.
