I have visited for myself a few times already and suffer with medical anxiety and found them to be understanding,friendly and extremely efficient. But today I was even more impressed as I took my son To (kids day) a kids only day with dress up as it's near Halloween. On entrance to the dentist we were greeted with a very friendly smiley witch who guided us through to a exceptionally spooky reception,so batman and I made our way up to our typically lovely dentist and nurse or (Wally & the queen of hearts) Batman had his teeth checked a goody bag and sticker (with sweets) a very realistic choice as I don't think a apple will have the same feeling of reward??,we made our way down stairs to a balloon and with batman in the building I think they where all a little starstruck,so batman had a picture for his fans ,but unfortunately had no time for a autograph. Overall batman had a great experience and left with no fear of future visits and felt very special.....And what a great idea kids day was and I strongly believe along with my son many other children will be benefit from this special day, and I would like to say thank you for everybody's efforts in doing such a great smiley job.

I have been a patient at Church street Dentist for many many years pre pandemic I found that the Reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, the female dentist i had then had a conversation about her colleagues relationship breakdown as she was treating me .. appalling ! Move forward to 2022 I have to say everything seems to have changed the reception staff are much better. I have just had some treatment done by Nick who walked the extra mile to ensure my dental work was done within two weeks because he knew I was going on a long haul holiday. A great service thanks to all.
