Sadly not been able to book a routine check up since start of covid. Only 2 dentists at time of writing...one only does private care and the other only emergencies. Nice lady on the desk explained that I would have to wait until they found more dentists...now nearly 3 years since a check up! | |||||||

For a very experienced organisation that has had previous great reviews, the COVID pandemic appears to have tested there resilience to adapt to new ways of working. I have had two appointments from the practice and both have been cancelled without the offer of another one. I do hope they can get back to where they were before, a great practice | |||||||

The three members of staff that welcomed me for my appointment today were professional, polite and understanding to my needs, as always. My dentist was considerate and careful, and went beyond what I was booked in for and made recommendations for further treatment, that needs to be undertaken. The establishment is clean, quiet and I am grateful that my appointments are arranged to suit me. Many Thanks :) | |||||||
