My partner’s and my appointments were cancelled and no new ones provided. I waited months patiently but have today telephoned only to receive a message to say they are closed and somebody will get back to me during their opening times (9am to 5pm) even though I phoned at 1pm. The reviews on here imply we have been unceremoniously dumped!

So badly run since take over. As a family we will not be returning. Reception staff so unprofessional. Dentist not much better. Shame because it was one of the best

Wow wow wow, rude is an understatement, they cancelled our appointment for husband, wife and son, and would call us back to rearrange! Nothing yet 3yrs on! So ok we had to deal with lockdowns due to covid. So ring to get an appointment and yes we are now among many of their ex clients!! Deregistered by them cancelling our appointment and them not calling us back as they said they would. Same as they’ve told others....it’s their policy....on asking if they could email me their policy, I was told they have a zero tolerance to abusive behaviour and that she is going to put the phone down! And she did! You can sense their tone when they speak, as though they know what to say if you are an nhs patient that they don’t want. It’s really quite sad.
