This morning I arrived for my appointment at 11.15 for 11.20 with Brendon Assibi I waited until 12 .00 and was told he will be another 5 minutes another 19 minutes passed and Brenden finally came out and went to the Loo when he came out he was then called into another surgery now it was 12.15 I had waited for an hour and even though reception had messaged him and I had told another colleague I was waiting no apology from Brendon he just stayed in another surgery with no urgency to see me this is an absolute disgrace and I’m extremely dissatisfied.

I was a patient here and was thrown out having missed one appointment. They said it was three. They said we always text an appointment reminder never in 15 years did they. They said we will write to you confirming removal they never did. The at the time rude woman on the reception said "funny old thing that you didn't get a text" "can you check my number please" "no wait for your letter" I was also a bit sceptical on the NHS charges, always around £50 to £60 for a check up. In desperation my wife found a practice in Camborne. which also unfortunately was part of their group. O well I thought, in I go £125 later told to go to another practice in Truro who do sedation as their aesthetic wasn't working. Of course the practice didn't and nor does anybody else! Well spent £125 for a bit of filler that lasted a week. Still waiting!!
