To mirror what a few others have said I was also told to “Google it” when I asked what I should do about an infection. It get very rushed, he called me at an awkward time and I asked if he could give me a moment to get myself somewhere more discrete to which he said no and he was very busy. Very unprofessional. As well you should expect very long waiting times. I kept being asked to call in the morning for some test results and each time I had to wait over 40mins

I have been with practice since 1968, initially at Hightown and then at Wenlock surgery practice, I have found the doctor to be very knowledgeable in his field, occasionally there have been issues with none urgent appointments but not with my urgent, the doctor is very helpful but straightforward. I would recommend the practice without any hasitation

ABSOLUTELY WORST DOCTOR EVER. First of all, lets start of with the fact that you can just about get on the phone with somebody to help.. Wanted a future appointment, called in at 5 clock was on hold for 45 minutes! Which is not even a rush hour time to call.. Second of all, the doctor has no knowledge what so ever. I could literally find out more information on google than from him. I have had a re-occuring issue and been advised in hospital many times that the doctor will need to refer me for a blood test & urine test to investigate further. However, when spoken to the doctor he told me if it gets worse 'just go hospital' and all he will do is give me antibiotics to stop the issue for now and he will not give me no other tests. He did not listen to me AT ALL, told me all the doctors I spoke to know nothing and they're just young and stupid whereas he knows better because he has been a doctor for more than 40 years. RIDICULOUS. He then hanged the phone up on me, did not even tell me where to collect my prescription from, how to take it or when to take it! I then received a call back from the receptionist, I believe her name is Karen (the only polite and knowledgeable person there) who said she was advised by the doctor to book me in for a blood test AFTER HE TOLD ME HE WASNT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND I NEEDED NO FURTHER TESTING. This is just one case out of 100s with him. This is now enough, I have complained further and will be changing surgeries.
