This has to be the worse surgery in Bedfordshire, I managed to finally get an appointment after a month with Dr Kirti Singh, after asking me what the problem was she accused me of lying about my health condition. Her room was very dirty and smelling of food and so was the overall surgery, floors were very dirty. I do not recommend this surgery to my worse enemy. Stay away.

I called in to the surgery on Wednesday 18th January 2023 at 8.52 am I was call number 10 when I rang waited 15 minutes before i got the receptionist when I spoke to her i told I want to make a appointment for my wife but the receptionist said no appointments are available so the receptionist said we can call u on Saturday but I said to them but the surgery is not open on Saturday to which she replied that is not ur concern.which I found a bit rude is that how they talk to their customers or patients.the receptionist name was Sobia disgusting attitude

I have never met Dr Kiriti Singh, nor have i ever visited the Surgery, nor did the Dr ask to see me in person yet this Dr has declined me an exempt certificate without my informed consent, not having first hand knowledge with my severe allergies, bronchitis, ++ which are all controlled naturally or with homeopathy. They did not respond last year to my NHS letter neither...I hold a private allergy test certificate paid for by me as i knew i had allergies which needed to be confirmed. I have no confidence and trust in this healthcare professional after reading the reviews on NHS site and my own experience:
