Poor customer service, poor communication, poor cooperation with local pharmacy. If you need a new GP, best look elsewhere. Every member of my family has had difficulties with the service here and I'm changing my surgery. Should be closed down, or at least sack the office staff. Whenever you have to frequently question problems with prescriptions, they blame the pharmacy. I think the office staff are unprofessional and cannot cope.

Receptionist could not be bothered with my concerns. Rolled her eyes. Requires people training. Bless her, has no idea..Clearly in wrong job. Mabey work on your own or urgently require people skills. Good luck in your next job.
