I feel the surgery is still doing phone calls morning or afternoon so you have to take your phone everywhere and when they call it’s very rushed when they ring . Also reading two doctors reviews Dr hall and Nazwiz I have had them both talk to me very rude shouting and Nazwiz left me with breast lump , I now refuse to see them waiting time is a month to see gp ,I had coughing that went on 5 weeks rang no appointments at all , week later it started to go infected I rang again no appointments this was feb I was told call 111

Since coming together with Stanmore and st nicks they have let chells down they were a good GP and since merging together it has let their system down . Reception staff are stressed and always get the backlash of it when they work hard. Go back to how they were , I came to chells for a reason not to be sent around the different surgery’s for appointments.
