Every time I have approached the surgery the service has been good. The ever changing way to obtain a GP appointment is annoying but I accept that with the changing world we have to move with the times. | |||||||

I am quite shocked to see some of the poor reviews given to Enderley Road. I moved here 37 years ago and the service from everyone was excellent,. Unfortunately things have changed. They have too many patients . I also find it very frustrating when I had to queue at 8am to get an appointment in the cold. This is not a good idea. Also a number of Doctors work part time now. However the Doctors at the practise do their best albeit the reception may be a bit hard but they re under pressure too. I think the whole system needs a complete review as these problems are happening at most practises and NHS England needs to sort this out | |||||||

I am constantly dumbfounded by how little care is taking towards patients. Communication is mostly rude, complaints are never followed up on. Procedures are not followed or communicated. It’s a constant battle where patient care and respect is bottom of the list. | |||||||
