Have to have X-ray,then have to phone surgery for results,there the problems begin. Firstly you have to get past the rude, argumentative, obnoxious,receptionists,who can't,and will not let you speak,as for talking to a doctor, forget it, they take on more patients,and what patients they have already, cannot get an appointment, this surgery has become a joke,and when you complain, nothing happens,as nothing changes.

I have been having tests for various cancer. The surgery have no followed up at all. Impossible to request a telephone call or an appointment. Which according to the hospital should of been arranged urgently weeks ago. The treatment and service received within this surgery is disgusting. If everyone effected were to make complaints regarding their care to PALs then perhaps something would happen with this service that is currently unfit for public use!!!

Lines always busy, speak to so many people no one to continue a conversation with. Spoke to a doctor about how sick I was, he told me be would call back about referrals. Never heard back, had to call up to be told he hadn't done anything after waiting a week. Terrible practice.
