I rang the surgery for an appointment. Was told I should have an on the day appointment with the reason I had given for needing to be seen. Gp rang me back 45 mins later and told me that I needed to be seen face to face so was seen and examined 40 mins later. Was told an ultra sound scan was needed. Received a phone call just a couple of days later and scan booked for just a week following my Gp appointment which took place at Deal Tree Health Centre which was very convenient. Since then I have received a follow up phone call with the GP which happened without me organising an appointment - I received the phone call out of the blue. I have since been referred on to the appropriate place. I feel the care I have received has been the very best I could possibly have asked for. Amazing continuity and follow up of care. What more can you ask for. Phoned for an appointment with the nurse. Phoned back within 5 mins prescription given. Fantastic service. Pharmacy ladies always very helpful and efficient. Free car parking. A pleasure. Support what we have.
