I have been with this surgery for many years now and i also have my children under them as well. They are a doctor that has time to listen to their patients understand them and they explain every thing to put your mind at ease. I am of ill health and have been this past 6years, they have been great with me and always there to help with my medical condition. I would also like to say my son was involved in a serious road accident in April this year and the doctor couldnt have helped him anymore than what they did with their care and commitment as a doctor. I would like to say a personal thank you to this doctor, you are one of a kind and would always recommend them as a doctor.

There is never a doctor on duty, locum Dr never turns up, 4 weeks wait for an appointment all totally unacceptable

This is the worst doctors surgery ever!! You can never ever get appointments despite sitting on the phone waiting every morning and getting tricked into thinking if they get a cancellation that they will call You back beware they never do!! Call 3 days in a row and still get told no appointments. - my daughter is 18 months and never get an appointment other than her 8 week check up and injections. She was really poorly and was told she needed to be seen ASAP they still refused telling me it don't sound serious enough - she was then taken into hospital with measles and really I'll . The staff are not accommodating they simply don't give a damn. This doctors is seriously the worst one I've ever come across
