I have never known such incompetance. The staff try and fob you off, lie to you and forget to do your prescriptions. 4 times they 'forgot' to put items on my prescriptions. even though they were clearly ordered on their own web based system. I have asked for a blood test form, which the doctor told me to do every 3 months, still have not got it. They wont send it or email it, I went to their surgery which is a 1.5 mile walk ( i am disabled and have no vehicle) only to be told they have not got it and i will have to order another one and come back the next day. It took me 2 days to recover from that long walk. I asked for a doctors appointment when I got through on the phone after 8 calls and being on hold for nearly 3 hours only to be told - no more appointments call agaoin at 8am tomorrow. Well 4 days I have been calling and still dont have an appointment. What can I do, even NHS111 agreed its an abysmal situation. When I complained to sai I was told 'go to a&e at basildon. Thats their answer, they dont care about the patients. years ago it was a good surgery, now its just useless. Since seeing other issues from people on a facebookgroup it seems if you scream racist at them you will get an appointment straight away!!!!!

They forgot my prescription 5 times in 1 year despite me ordering it on their own computer ordering system. Cannot get appointment for weeks. Told to call at 8am. Tried 6 days now and by the time they answer there are no appointments available. When I asked when I would get COVID vaccine as I am vulnerable over 66 was told to wait until they contact me. That was 2 weeks ago
