In my experience, it has always been easy to get through on the phone, the receptionists are helpful and you've got a good chance of booking an appt at relatively short notice. The doctor I have seen has always been very pleasant and doesn't try to rush you out the door. In addition - almost unbelievably - I have always been seen on time. I would heartily recommend this practice and am only sorry that I now need to leave it as I have moved home. | |||||||

My prescription is always wrong, my medication keeps being changed without me being informed. Medical notes from specialists are never uploaded, and the GP claims things have to be bought, when you actually need a prescription for them. It’s got really shoddy the last year especially, nothing is easy, numerous phonecalls or visits are needed to rectify their errors, not easy when you have physical, mental and emotional ill health. | |||||||

Hesitant to leave a good review as I always get an appointment when needed and u r seen face to face but feel so shocked by poor reviews - personally I cannot praise this gp surgery highly enough | |||||||
