Always late… minimum waiting time with an appointment is an hour… going in to see the doctor is like self diagnosing yourself, they show no interest… I left the office very unsatisfied with the service received… it felt like my baby had a contagious illness and they didn’t want to contract it… when we went in because she has been having allergies to her milk…. | |||||||

opening times on website need updating as i have found them not to be correct.
receptionists have been very helpful and polite as was the nurse.
however i do not feel that i was listened to by the doctors and that i was an inconvenience as i had problems with medication and other issues. did not feel that they were interested.
have now joined a surgery where some of the doctors are just starting their medical careers and are keen to resolve issues and suggest various alternatives | |||||||
