I always worry when I ring the surgery in case I get this one particular receptionist who I find not to be at all helpful just damn right rude and makes you feel uncomfortable. I know they have rules to keep too but it’s the attitude. All other staff I have found to be quite pleasant and helpful | |||||||

New mum - I received a call from lovely reception staff on Thursday to prepone my post natal check and rebooked with other GP on Friday 12 August. He was amazing, friendly and attentive. I have felt listened to and taken seriously. I was previously very nervous about going to the doctors but now feel that I can get in touch when I need them. He is a superstar. Pleasant waiting area. I am newly registered patient at Lynwood Medical Centre. Very impressed with their excellent service. Took couple of days to register me followed by new patient check on 4th day. After a week called for emergency appointment at 9 am , by 2.30 pm I was seen face to face by GP and collected prescription at 2.50 pm . A very satisfied patients well done Lynwood. | |||||||
