Trying to get appointment or should I say a call back is out of this world. Ring the number you are 7th in the que when ever I phone which is not often I’m 7th in the que. 45 minutes later it starts ringing another 10 mins before reception answer. Had two problems but can only have one to talk to doctor which one is worse!! BOTH as far as I’m concerned. It’s about time surgeries got back to normal and see patients as they use too. | |||||||

Receptionist are rude and unhelpful, doctors nurses fantastic, if you can get pass the wall of reception to see one. | |||||||

As an elderly gentleman who has ongoing medical issues I have to visit the shrubbery on a regular basis. I have to praise the receptionists, nurses and doctors for the most attentive care and consideration they give to me when I have to make and appointment or attend the surgery for medical attention,
I've not experience any problems when I have to make an appointment and the receptionists have been most accommodating in booking a time that suits my needs.
When I have my consultation with the doctor I am spoken to at a level of understanding and my concerns are listened to and taken into consideration.
I cannot thank the staff at the surgery for all their respect and kindness they show me. | |||||||
