Since the first day I stepped into the Parrock Street Surgery nearly 5 years ago I have been absolutely pleased and enamoured by the care and professionalism of every staff from Doctors,Nurses and reception staff. The are very understanding and helpful always willing to listen and discuss. The practice is always clean and tidy all day long evoking feelings of a warm welcome. Appointments are very easy to book and you are kept listening to automated voice recordings but actually speak to a human being in less than 30 seconds generally. I was previously registered at a GP and the service i received from the previous practice is in stark contrast from what I currently get from Parrock Street Surgery. When you need letters for health checks or anything you get it withing a day or two. Staff will always listen to you and hear you out whether you are on the phone or actually in the practice. Parrock Street Surgery have made lfe easy and put me at ease by their care,dedication and diligence and I have thoroughly enjoyed being with them and hope tocarry on dpoing so.

I am a British citizen and with all my over 2 decades of living in the UK since returning from abroad I have never experienced such professionalism and care as offered by Parrocxk Street Surgery. I joined the Surgery 4 years ago and I have always felt listened to and my opinions and wishes respected while being professional guided so as to arrive at the best decision. The doctors are very understanding, the nurses are so friendly and empathetic and the admin staff/ reception are the most friendly and welcoming I have ever come accross. The practice itself is always need and immaculate whether early in the morning for the first appointment or even late in the day for the last appointment. Booking appointments is very easy and straighforward with staff ready to offer you options to suit you where available and they will go the extra mile to help mitigate any consequences of unavilabilty of appointment slot and will always sign post you to any availbale help. Referrals are promptly sent out and so are follow up letters and reminders. Its nice to have a surgery where doctors dont look at you like you dont know what you are talking about however silly you may sound. Parrock surgery is my surgery for life!!!
