It is no surprise to anyone that I rate this surgery as the worst in Kent if not the whole country. However of late they have gained yet more titles I.E. childish and like so many others got to have the last word knowing their wrong. Let me explain after many years of dreadful care and ignorance ,we decided to move on. We chose another surgery , completed the paperwork and waited for our acceptance. We of course didn’t inform el dreadfuls of our intentions. After a small amount of time contacted our new surgery where we were informed of our acceptance. Not only that my Wife got a telephone call from a doctor that day and invited for a blood test. How about that for service, take note old road west. I digress, that very same day I received a letter from the surgery informing me that due to a total breakdown in communication I would have to find another surgery. Oh heavens termugitude anything but that. I had already done just that. Now how could they have possibly have found out. Surely not when the new surgery requested my medical notes. Yet they still felt the need to send out their stupid letter knowing we were in the process of leaving. Oh children, do try to grow up and not be spiteful.Bradley led, no management the joke of patients and pharmacies, bury your head in the sand. Do try to hold onto your doctors, let the go up the ladder of success due to their ability not because the other doctors left all together. Incidentally you still show the surgery at livingstone road , it’s been closed for years.

Wrote a damping review of this dreadful place to be asked to E mail and given the address to the practice manager. However and not surprising cannot get the address for whatever reason. However I have noted that the practice takes complaints and reviews seriously. Really if you take them seriously why oh why do you do nothing about them. Is there anyone in the building with experience of management, somehow don’t believe so. I doubt from your ivory tower you don’t get out much. Let me tell you, you are the joke of local surgeries, chemists and patients. You require a revamp from top to bottom. When did the surgery start to go downhill. Try when all the doctors left en mass and the remainer gained the title of senior medical practitioner. Not by chance it was about the same time you left the surgery at Livingstone road.

Alas good people of Kent if you require a well run organised doctors surgery put this one at the bottom of the list and ensure it stays there. I have mentioned previously about the over prescribing of medication, which of course is denied unfortunately for them I have kept the documented proof. The latest little incident on thev18th of this month I received a phone call at my request from a doctor. My request was simple for 12 colchicine tablets for gout, and as it was only 12 tablets them to be put on my repeat prescription list. Oh no far to simple, waited some time for the prescription to go through and suddenly there it was. 1 box of 56 tablets called bisoprolol tablets which I didn’t ask for or need for my heart condition. No problem with my heart gout still a problem no relief.
