I would highly recommend my gp practice at meopham. I have had some very serious health conditions in the last 7 years and I have always been treated with up most respect and support from reception as first point of contact through to nurses with testing and the gp who take a lot of care to consider all affecting factors. I have been that critically ill patient that has caused delays for others in the waiting room whilst medical professionals saved my life so I am very understanding when appointments run behind. I'm ashamed of others when I see the abuse they give staff when appointments are running late- please be understanding and know that if they are running late it's probably because the patient before you could be critically ill requiring extra time and booking hospital admission/attention. They are not delayed because they don't care! They are delayed because they DO care and are good at their jobs. Just remember one day it could be you requiring extra time and support and trust me it makes a difference to your chances of survival. Our NHS is under immense strain and everyone complains when things go wrong but rarely do people compliment when things go right! Huge thanks to all staff at the surgery for your on going incredible work it really is appreciated by so many of your patients.

This medical centre is one of the most helpful places I’ve visited. All staff are both professional and friendly. I have managed to book appointments everytime I have needed them, and they have always been made to fit in with times I’ve needed, they have gone above and beyond to do this. Reception staff are incredibly helpful and polite. The doctors feel genuinely concerned and answer all questions. They have called when they have said they are going to call, I’ve never been left in the dark or waiting for any results or medication. As someone who has always put off going to the doctors not because of any procedures but more I struggled with the whole appointment anxiety and awkwardness, you have honestly made me so calm and respected and I won’t be putting off appointments. Just want to say a big thank you to you all, keep doing what your doing.
