Wow, after 25 years with the Maidstone Road Surgery I find out that my doctor has changed. Where has my doctor gone, retired I guess? Why haven't I been told my GP has changed. Surely there is a legal obligation to notify patients? It isn't difficult to kept patients informed. | |||||||

A month after a and e visit, urgent mri and ongoing excruciating pain I have not been seen. Receptionists are obstructive and unhelpful. I dread ringing as I know they will be unhelpful and pigs will fly before I get a face to face appointment. I feel treated like a monster rather than someone in need of help. No empathy and so rude Was pleased to see two new happy helpful staff on Thursday last week and hope this is a start of positive change. | |||||||
