Sadly I don’t have a choice this is the only GP surgery in my area, when Dr pulr was in charge to surgery was good since he has left it has not been the same, the customer care is below standard If you complain they take it personally and then treat you really badly | |||||||

A good surgery, thorough and friendly approachable staff, Reception staff are helpful, clear and concise, if you have an emergency they will accommodate you.
Patients happily chatting in the waiting room, always a good sign!
Clinical staff are caring and competent, take time to listen to the patient, Nurses are warm and friendly. | |||||||
